What is the
NDIS?
The NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) supports people with permanent, significant disabilities under 65 in reaching their life goals. Established in 2013, the NDIS funds necessary and reasonable support for eligible individuals, not based on means-testing. It is funded by all Australians and aims to serve 460,000 people with disabilities by 2020. Visit the NDIS website for more information.
How the

Your plan is a written agreement worked out with you. Everyone’s plan is different. We will ask questions about how you are going in different areas of your life, what goals you would like to pursue and what kind of help and support you need. This will help us to develop a plan that provides the right support for you.

The NDIS Code of Conduct upholds the principles of safe and ethical service delivery for both NDIS providers and workers. Our experienced staff are committed to ensuring that their services are in line with these standards, including:

- Maintaining the privacy of individuals with disabilities.
- Providing safe and competent services with care and skill.

- Responding promptly to concerns about the quality and safety of services.
- Preventing and addressing all forms of violence, exploitation, neglect, and abuse of individuals with disabilities.
- Preventing and addressing sexual misconduct.
